Viable Resources, Inc is a privately held firm headquartered in Vancouver, WA. The company was formed in 2001 to meet the dynamic needs of the North American contact center market for high-quality, cost-effective, on-demand professional services. In doing so, we were also committed to creating a business model that would allow our associates to prioritize family, friends, and personal interests above the needs of an employer. The solution that evolved has made VR-Inc unique within the industry. We are a “virtual organization”. 100% of our executives and associates work from virtual offices in their homes scattered throughout the United States. This approach has allowed us to provide our employees with an extremely high level of job satisfaction and quality-of-life, while minimizing costs and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Since 2001, we've experienced tremendous validation of these commitments. Our staff has grown from an initial team of eight to almost fifty in 2005. We have associates located in seventeen states, and collectively, VR-Inc represents more than 800 years of contact center management, design, and integration experience.
