• Provides consulting and
technical implementation
services in support of complex contact center CTI solutions, such as Avaya Contact
Center
Express (CCE).
• Requires technical and
operational expertise in
TCP/IP data networking, IP telephony, and call center products and applications
• Requires excellent written
and verbal communication
skills
• Requires frequent travel
and the ability to work
in an unsupervised virtual office environment
Call Recording Application Specialist
•
Provides consulting and
technical implementation services in support of contact
center call recording solutions, such as Witness Systems’ 360
Care Quality and Compliance
solutions
• Technical expertise with
traditional telephony systems
and IP telephony solutions
•
CTI experience a plus – TSAPI, CallPath, CT-Connect,
etc
• Requires excellent written
and verbal communication
skills
• Requires frequent travel
and the ability to work
in an unsupervised virtual office environment
