Agreement Broadens Opportunities for Avaya-Based Systems in Growing Contact Center Industry

WHITE PLAINS, NY, APRIL 16, 2009 — CyberTech International today announced that it has contracted with Contact Center Solutions, LLC (CCS) for distribution of CyberTech logging and call recording solutions in North America. CCS, and the company's exclusive services provider, Viable Resources, will deliver CyberTech's award winning call recording solutions throughout the contact center industry, enhanced with world-class professional services capability for which the companies are well known.

This agreement significantly increases CyberTech's reach to the dynamic and complex contact center customer base. The scope of the agreement includes pre-sale support, optimization services and a full suite of professional services to grow margins and improve competitive win rates.

CyberTech products are certified for use with the Avaya platform. Through this agreement, contact centers using Avaya communications products will benefit from a more comprehensive range of integration and optimization services.

CCS (www.ccscallcenters.com/) offers call recording and customer experience reporting to the contact center market. CCS’ exclusive services provider is Viable Resources, Inc (VR). VR is a professional services company with broad experience in the implementation, integration and optimization of Avaya contact centers. VR has an affiliate that provides implementation services for all of Avaya’s systems and solutions, selling through the network of Avaya business partners, and providing pre-sales support to the business partner community.
