Viable Resources is MUG Vendor of the Year in 2004!
At their annual conference in Las Vegas, the Mosaix User Group awarded Viable Resources Vendor of the Year honors for continued support and advancement of the Avaya Predictive Dialing System (formerly the Mosaix Predictive Dialer) and its users. “VR has definitely made its mark in 2004,” said Bill Schmiedecke, the MUG Advisory Board member who presented the award to Viable Resources. “They've done so much this year to deliver value to the PDS user community.”
The 2004 conference was held in September at the beautiful Suncoast Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV. Over 250 members of the Mosaix User Group and PDS community attended the three day event. VR-Inc President, Greg Hatch, was on hand to accept the award on behalf of Viable Resources. “It's a great honor to be recognized by your peers and customers,” said Hatch. “We so very much appreciate the confidence and trust that you've placed in us this year, and we're looking forward to supporting you in the coming year as well!”
